What is the Return Policy?
QuiltersWarehouse has a
100% satisfaction guarantee and we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. If for some reason, you decide to return an item,
please review our return policy below to determine if any special return
conditions apply.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee!
QuiltersWarehouse
will accept returns within 30 days from receipt of the product
(According to UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS Delivery records) for a refund on the
price of the product. Items must be repacked in original packaging with
all accessories and a copy of your invoice. Keep in mind that returning
an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds that appeared
on the original order.
Is there anything not eligible for a return?
The
30 day QuiltersWarehouse Return Policy applies to all Items on this
website except the following products, which are Non-Returnable and a
Final Sale (There are no exceptions):
- any fabric less than one yard in length or that has been cut by the customer
- Copyrighted materials such as books and patterns.
- Opened computer software or DVD's can only be exchanged for the identical item.
- Subscription programs such as Block of the Month or Fabric Clubs.
- Special Orders
- Clearance items, closeout items and discontinued items
- item that shows excessive wear and tear or damaged and deemed in un-saleable condition
Speical Orders – How are they handled?
If
an item you order is not available due to quantity or other
characteristic, you will be contacted by our customer Service Department
to verify that you want the item. At that time, the representative will
inform you that the item is subject to our special order policy and
will also be noted on the Order and the final Invoice upon shipment.
Special order returns will be handled as follows:
- Quantities of 4 or less of Regular stocked items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Quantities ordered greater than 5 may not be returned
- Items special ordered with special attributes such as color or size may not be returned.
What if my order is incorrect or missing items?
Incorrect
shipments or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving
items. If the product you received is not what you ordered, contact the
Customer Service Staff at QuiltersWarehouse for return instructions. The
correct item will be shipped as soon as possible or a return / refund
can be initiated. Any refund will also include the return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items?
You
will receive a refund for only the item(s) and shipping costs for
defective or damaged items. Shipping cost refunds are calculated using
the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned will only be refunded an
amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method. Contact the Customer
Service Staff at QuiltersWarehouse for return instructions.
Do I need a Return Authorization?
Returns
will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Email from a
customer service representative. Call or email our central office during
regular business hours to obtain a RA number. This number will expire
10 days after it is issued and the item will not be accepted if it is
returned after that time period. Please include the RA number on the
outside of the shipping package. DO NOT write directly on the
manufacturer's box. Returns sent COD or collect will not be accepted.
Items returned without prior authorization are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
How should the package be return shipped?
Your
purchase should be repacked according to factory standards and without
excess wear. For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a
shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS with delivery
confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee
refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method. Credits are
processed upon confirmation of the return by the customer service
department. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit
to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to
your credit card, a customer service representative will be in contact
to arrange the credit.
How are Shipping Costs handled in the refund?
Shipping
is non-refundable and items purchased originally with “Free Shipping”
will have actual shipping fees deducted from the credit.
What about other items from the order?
Partial
order returns are acceptable. Orders / Items that came with bonus
items, free items etc. that are not returned will be charged the full
retail value of missing item and will be deducted from credit issued.
All original packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, and all
included accessories, must be returned. You will be charged full retail
price for all missing or damaged items. Extended Warranties are
non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be credited
less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided.
How will the refund be issued?
QuiltersWarehouse
reserves the right to determine after inspection the level of condition
of item(s) returned. When your return is processed, QuiltersWarehouse
will issue a refund to your credit card account for the price of the
product and sales tax less applicable fees as calculated. If the product
you received is not what you ordered, the refund will also include the
return shipping.

QuiltersWarehouse
reserves the right to change a product's price at any time. By ordering
from our website or over the telephone, you are indicating that you
have read and understood our return policies. QuiltersWarehouse reserves
the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
