Where do I enter my coupon code?
Enter your coupon code on the shopping cart page prior to selecting “Checkout”. You can verify the promotion code applied to your order by looking at the top of the order summary. If you do not see a place to enter your code, you may already have a promotion applied to your order. Only one promotion code may be applied to an order at any time.

Where can I find coupon codes to use?
From time to time, we offer coupons on our web site, our BLOG at Quilters Showcase and on our Face Book page. Additionally, coupon sites such as “tjoos.com”, Coupon Cabin.

How many coupon codes can I use?
Only one coupon code may be applied to an order at any time. Once a code has been applied to an order, it can not be changed.

Can I combine coupon codes with other offers or Gift Certificates?
Only one Special Offer, Prize Certificate or Coupon Code may be applied to any single order at any time. You can not combine prizes with coupons.

Are there any other restrictions for Coupons?
Free Shipping promotions may require an order minimum shipped to a single address in the Continental U.S. And only available for Standard Economy Shipping Rates. UPS Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Shipping charges are not waived.

Coupon codes are a 1 time use by an individual customer unless stated otherwise.

Discounts do not apply to shipping or any applicable tax charges

Can I still return items that used a coupon?
Yes, you will receive a refund equal to the original price of the returned item at the time of purchase but the discount related to that item will be deducted from the calculated refund amount.

How will I be billed each month?
Payment is made monthly by credit card only. Your card will be kept securely on file and charged only when the project is shipped. The shipping charge for each Block of the Month will be added and Finishing Kits are shipped weight sensitive.

Are there any coupons with special rules?
Yes, the following coupons, when available have these special rules:

BUNDLE3 - More specifically, if you purchase three or more items under this promotion but end up returning one of them, you will receive a refund equal to the original price of the returned item at the time of purchase minus the total discount that was given for all the items on that same order.
